IEEE COMSOC Lahore Chapter in collaboration with IEEE Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering & IT RYK student branch organized the BSSTWC 2018 on 9th to 11th February 2018 at Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering & Information Technology Rahim Yar Khan. The event started off with a welcome note and a keynote on IEEE Vision. There were general and technical trainings and sessions. The Art of Changing Limiting Beliefs, Advancing Women in Technology-Setting New Directions, Empowering Humanity Trough Technology-SIGHT Activity, to name a few. Sessions, Workshops and meetings were held to get the audience enlightened with the initiatives IEEE has taken for the students. Activities for entertainment included Treasure Hunt, Qawali Night,Bonfire & Sky Lanterns, Movie Night, Gaming Competition and a memorable tour of Bhong Mosque Sadiqabad RYK. Sessions on current technological era and industrial demands for students were also a part of the event. This year BSSYWC 2018 witnessed 15 speakers from national universities.

Almost 400 students along with professionals and counselors in engineering joined the
event.
