IEEE COMSOC Lahore Chapter in collaboration with Al-Khawarizmi Institute of Computer Science UET Lahore organized the 12th International Conference on open source system and technologies ICOSST’18 on 19-21 December, 2018.The theme of the conference was Blockchain Technology.150 experts from 40 countries reviewed 148 submissions from around the world. The keynote speakers were Dr. Annika Hinze (University of Waikato New Zealand), Dr. Taimoor Abbass (Volvo Car Sverige Sweden), Dr. Shahid Raza (RISE SICS of Security Lab Sweden), Dr. Omair Shafiq (Carleton University Ottawa, Ontario, Canada), Dr. Muzammil Shahbaz (Barclays UK), Dr. Ali Imran (University of Oklahoma-Tulsa, USA), Dr Basit Shafique (LUMS Pakistan) and Dr Waqar Ul Qunain (PUCIT Pakistan).
